FrameStyle turns a frame selected from your video into a styled image and can append that result to an exported video. This policy explains the data used to provide that service.
Data we process
- Account data such as your name, email address, sign-in provider, and Firebase user ID.
- The video frame and generation settings you choose to send for AI image generation. Source videos remain on your device unless you explicitly select and process them.
- Subscription status, purchase product identifiers, credit balance, and generation ledger entries.
- Technical diagnostics supplied by platform and service providers to keep the service reliable and secure.
How data is used
We use this data for authentication, AI generation, subscription and credit accounting, fraud prevention, support, and service reliability. We do not sell personal data or use it for cross-app advertising tracking.
Service providers
FrameStyle uses Firebase and Google Cloud for authentication and backend services, RevenueCat and Apple for subscriptions, Google Gemini or OpenAI for AI generation according to the active server configuration, and Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple when you choose those providers. Their processing is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
Retention and deletion
Account and wallet data is retained while your account is active. You can permanently delete your FrameStyle account from Profile > Delete Account. Local projects already stored on your device are not removed by server account deletion. Subscription transactions may be retained by Apple, RevenueCat, or as required for financial, fraud-prevention, and legal obligations.
Your choices
You may use the template catalog without signing in. Signing in is required for server wallet and generation features. You control which video and frame is selected. You may sign out or delete your account in the app.
