Purchases

Use Restore Purchases in Profile after signing into the same FrameStyle account. App Store subscriptions can be managed at Apple ID Subscriptions.

Generation and export

When contacting support, include your device model, iOS version, the template name, and the exact error message. Do not email private source videos or API keys.

Account deletion

Open Profile > Delete Account in the app. If you cannot access the app, contact us from the email address associated with your account.
